Ighodalo Imadegbelo (SAN)
Ighodalo is the firm’s Managing Partner. His core area of competence includes Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Tax Law, Election Law, Population Law, Medical Law, Banking, Finance and Insolvency. Ighodalo holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) Degree from the University of Lagos as well as a Masters Degree (LL.M) from the Queen Mary, University of London. He was elevated to the Rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in 2003.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), International Bar Association (IBA). He is also a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.
Dr Simon Imoisi, Esq.
Simon is a Consultant to the firm. His core area of competence includes Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, Corporate and Commercial Law. Simon holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) Degree from the Edo State University now Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma as well a Masters Degree (LL.M) from the Edo State University now Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. He also holds a PhD in Law from the University of Benin.
He is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB) United Kingdom. He is also a Fellow of the Institute for Policy and Management Diplomacy.
Uyioghosa Egbon, Esq.
Egbon is the firm’s Senior Partner. His Core area of competence includes Litigation, Industrial Relations and Employment Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Commercial Law. Egbon Holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) Degree from the University of Benin. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
